Veterinary Services
Food Safety
Wicklow County Council as an official agent of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland FSAI makes provision for food control services for five abattoirs and six low-capacity meat premises in the county. Inspections are carried out by the Council’s Veterinary Inspectors.
