Downloadable Audiobooks from your Library Service

One Click Digital Downloadable Audiobooks to replace EBSCOhost

From March 31st, 2012, EBSCOhost will no longer be available to members of Wicklow County Council Library Service. One Click Digital will be our new provider of downloadable audiobooks straight to your PC or portable music player. Any users of EBSCOhost will have access until the end of March after which they will need to create a new account and switch over to the new service. EBSCOhost is a service offered by Wicklow County Council Library Service where you can download eAudiobooks straight to your PC or MP3 player from home, without having to set foot in the library. There are over 500 titles online and new, bestselling titles are being added constantly. There are lots of fiction and non-fiction titles including SciFi, romance and crime. Any existing NetLibrary accounts will be deactivated as the service has been retired.

What Can I Borrow?

Because more than one person can borrow an eAudiobook title at a time, loans are far more flexible. You can have up to ten eAudiobooks downloaded at a time and keep access to them for the usual three week loan. Renewals are done straight through your online EBSCOhost account, not through library staff.
