Environmental Impact Statement
Since the appointment of Sispar as preferred bidder for the Greystones Harbour and
North Beach PPP project, extensive design development work has been carried
out.
An Environmental Impact Assessment of the proposed development has been
completed and an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) prepared. Wicklow
County Council now proposes to seek the approval of An Bord Pleanala for the
development.
Notice of the preparation of the EIS and the Council’s intention to seek the
approval of An Bord Pleanala for the development was advertised in the
national and local press on 21st December 2005.
