Notice is hereby given that Wicklow County Council intends to amend the existing Casual Trading Bye- Laws which were adopted by Wicklow County Council on 8th June 1998 pursuant to section 6 of the Casual Trading Act, 1995 with respect to Casual Trading in its administrative area.

Draft Beach Bye Laws

Notice is hereby given that Wicklow County Council intends to amend the existing Beach Bye-Laws which were adopted by Wicklow County Council on 14th June 2001 pursuant to part V11 of the Local Government Act 1994 with respect to Beach activities within designated beaches at Brittas Bay South, Brittas Bay North and Greystones South Beach.

A copy of the proposed Amended Byelaws will be available for inspection, Monday to Friday during the hours 10am and 4pm daily, at the following location:

Public Counter, Level 1, Water and Environmental Services, Wicklow County Council, County Buildings, Wicklow Town.

A copy of the proposed Amended Byelaws will be available for purchase at a cost of €3 per copy.

Draft Bye-Laws will remain on public display for a period of five weeks from the date of publication of this notice.

The Council will consider any submissions in relation to the Amendments to the Bye-Laws which are submitted to the council in writing only, by any person within seven weeks from the publication of this notice. All written submissions, clearly indicating either Casual Trading Bye-Laws or Beach Bye-Laws, should be addressed to Senior Executive Officer, Water and Environmental Services, Wicklow County Council, County Buildings, Wicklow.
