Expressions of Interest
sought for long-term leasing
arrangements
Wicklow County Council invites expressions of interest
for the provision of dwellings under a new long term
leasing initiative.
- Local authorities will lease private dwellings;
- Properties will be tenanted, managed and
maintained by the local authority or our agents;
- Leases will be for between 10-20 years;
- Rent will be guaranteed for the whole lease period;
All expressions of interest should be submitted on a standard template and returned for consideration to the
undersigned.

Consideration will only be given to properties in areas
where the local authority has a need for housing.
Properties must be of a good quality and comply with
all planning and building regulations. All properties
must have a structural guarantee.
