In accordance with Part XI of the (Planning & Development) Act, 2000 – 2016 and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 – 2016, notice is hereby given by Wicklow County Council of a proposed residential development on lands known locally as Convent Lands, with access from Broadlough View, Greenhill Road and Crinion Park, in the townland of Corporation Lands, Wicklow
The development will consist of:
(i) 51 no. residential units comprising: (a) 19 no. 1 bed units, (b) 22 no. 2 bed units, and (c) 10 no. 3 bed units; (ii) renewable energy design measures for each housing unit; (iii) ESB substation; (iv) two vehicular access routes including (a) access to the southern part of the site via Broadlough View on the Greenhill Road; and (b) facilitation of access to the northern part of the site via Crinion Park; (v) internal pedestrian access connecting the northern and southern part of the site; (vi) underground surface water attenuation; (vii) varied site boundary treatment comprising walls and fencing; (viii) temporary construction signage; (ix) estate signage; and (x) all associated site works.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from 13th April 2017 up to and including 31st May 2017 at the offices of the Housing Directorate at Wicklow County Council, Council Buildings, Wicklow from 9.00a.m. to 3.30p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
