Whilst storm surge levels are currently relatively low in all coastal areas, they are predicted to increase significantly as follows, from tomorrow morning until Monday morning, in the coastal areas shown below:

0.35m at Arklow

All vessel owners are advised to have sufficient crew on stand-by, with ready access to their vessels, to regularly check their moorings and fendering, and to ensure that effective bilge pumping arrangements are in place.

Members of the public are advised to keep away from piers, breakwaters and exposed coastal areas.
