Wicklow County Council is currently (12/08/2022) carrying out dye testing on the drainage system in the vicinity of Redford Park. Dye tracing is used to provide information about underground connections, groundwater velocities, flow directions etc. During this operation the adjacent streams may turn luminous green. The dye used is non-toxic and harmless.
