Wicklow County Council has published its Gender Pay Gap Report, highlighting the percentage difference between what men and women are paid on average in the organisation, irrespective of roles or levels. The 2025 report shows a Gender Pay Gap of -1.52%. This figure reflects the fact females are paid 1.52% more than males.
Employers with more than 50 employees in Ireland are required to publish their gender pay gap data before the end of 2025 and within five months of their reference date. Wicklow County Council and all local authorities in the country had 30th June 2025 as the reference date.
