Extension of Planning Applications - Section 42

Apply for an extension of a granted planning permission period.

Under Section 42 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), in certain circumstances, it may be possible to extend the appropriate period of a grant of permission. An application for such an extension must be made under this section of the Act.
