In accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 and Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended), Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Wicklow County Council to consider making an Order that the housing estates listed hereunder be taken in charge with roads being declared as public roads.

• Holywell, Kilcoole
• Holywell Crescent, Kilcoole
• Holywell Grove, Kilcoole
• Meadow Gate, Wicklow
• Oak Springs, Rathdrum

• Sillan, Greystones
• The Meadows, Wicklow
• The Willows, Roundwood
• Thorndale, Delgany
• Vartry Wood, Ashford
• Wood Park, Rathdrum

Maps of the housing estates showing the roads and open spaces to be taken in charge may be inspected at the offices of the Planning Directorate of Wicklow County Council, County Buildings Station Road, Wicklow Town during normal opening hours or at the Council’s website www.wicklow.ie until 26th January 2026.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the undersigned not later than 9th February 2026.
