A Challenge for all the family to participate in.

It is never too late to start walking & walking regularly can help maintain your physical health

Activities for All Inclusive Get Active 4 Week Step Challenge Campaign

A Healthy Ireland Pedometer will be provided and leaflet to each participant to record your daily steps.  

On completion of the 4 Week Challenge, take a photo of your 4 Week Step Challenge and send to Wicklow Sports & Recreation Partnership and we will forward a Wicklow Sports & Recreation T-shirt.

Older Adults

4 Week Older Adult Home Exercise Plan developed by Sport Ireland and its network of Local Sports Partnerships. 

This Plan encourages the minimum of 30 minutes of daily physical activity as recommended in Ireland’s National Physical Activity Plan. All activities in the booklet can be modified to suit all abilities and ages.
