In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2012, notice is hereby given that Wicklow County Council has prepared plans and particulars for the proposed development to : -

Main Street, Improvement Works, Redcross Village, Co. Wicklow.

Plans and particulars of the proposed developments will be available for inspection or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy between the hours of 9.00 – 4.00 at the reception floor of Arklow Municipal District Offices, Castlepark, Arklow, Co. Wicklow during office hours Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays for a period from Wednesday 18th November 2020 to Wednesday 16th December 2020 inclusive. 

Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the District Administrator, Arklow Municipal District Offices, Castlepark, Arklow, Co. Wicklow on or before 12 noon on Friday 8th January 2021.

An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) will not be required for this development.
