In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2018, notice is hereby given that Wicklow County Council propose to:
Upgrade the existing Chapel Road in Delgany to improve traffic arrangements and pedestrian / cyclist accessibility
In accordance with S.I. 476, 2011, Section 250, Planning and Development (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2011 and SI 296 of the 2018 European Union (Planning and Development) (Environmental Impact Assessment) regulations, a Screening Assessment has been carried out which determined that the proposed development does not require an Appropriate Assessment or the preparation of a Natura Impact Statement. Furthermore the Council has determined that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required.
Plans and particulars of the proposed developments will be available for inspection or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the reception floor of Wicklow County Council, Station Road, Wicklow Town, Co.Wicklow and Greystones Municipal District Office, Church Road, Greystones, Co. Wicklow during office hours Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays for a period from Thursday 24th October 2019 to Thursday 21st November 2019 inclusive. Also available to view on www.wicklow.ie
Submissions and observations with respect to the proposed developments dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to Transportation, Water and Emergency Services, Wicklow County Council, County Buildings, Station Road, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow on or before 12 noon on Thursday 5th December 2019.
