Wicklow County Council wish to advise that the L-1113 road at Coolacork Bridge, Carrigmore will be closed from Monday 11th May 2026 until Monday 18th May 2026.
This road closure is necessary to complete the emergency works to the bridge
Local Access only
Traffic management and diversion signs will be in place.
Wicklow County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Extension of Road Closure
Wicklow County Council wishes to advise that the undermentioned Road Closure will come into effect from Monday, 3rd November 2025 until Friday 31st July 2026

| Alternative Routes |
South Bound - Starts at the junction of Beechwood Park (L5220)/(L1027). South diversion is approx. 730m to roundabout at Delgany Wood. Drive 640m down Delgany Wood Avenue, turn left and continue 300m on Church Road until your reach the R761 North mini roundabout at Killincarrig. Turn left at the first exit and carry on 2.25km until you reach the Blacklion Manor Road. North Bound - The North diversion is 1km to the Blacklion Manor Road then follow the South diversion route vice versa. |

This closure is necessary to facilitate the Chapel Road Pedestrain and Cyclist Infrastructure Improvement Scheme. |
Wicklow MD
Wicklow County Council wish to advise that road resurfacing works are taking place on the L-5103 Greenhill Road, Wicklow Town ( from the new GAA pitch to Kilpoole upper), and for a 300m section of the L 5102, at Blainroe Upper. Works will be carried out on Monday 10th May to Tuesday 11th May 2026, from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. daily.
Traffic Management will be in place throughout the works.
Local access will be maintained by but there may be some small delays..

Monday 11th May and Friday 15th May 2026 at the following locations, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

L5067 Killoughter to Ballyhenry
L5103 Ballinahinch to Killiskey (Nuns Cross)
L1076 Roundwood to Moneystown (Tomriland Cross)
R755 Roundwood to Annamoe
R763 Annamoe to Tomriland Cross
L5061 Knockraheen- Knockfadda
R759 Tinode to Sally Gap to Sraghmore
These closures are necessary to facilitate Surfacing Dressing works.
The time frame of the individual closures will vary, subject to weather conditions.
Temporary traffic management, closures, convoy systems, and local access will be in place.
