Kilmacanogue to Southern Cross Greenway

Wicklow County Council (WCC) is proposing to develop a greenway as part of the proposed Kilmacanogue to Southern Cross Greenway scheme. This first public consultation on the Study Area, Route Options & Project Constraints now underway.

Introduction

Further to Public Consultation No. 1, Wicklow County Council are now proceeding to Public Consultation No. 2, progressing work on the development of a pedestrian and cyclist scheme to link Kilmacanogue to Southern Cross at Bray Retail Park, and invites the residents of Kilmacanogue and the surrounding areas, members of the public and interested parties to participate in a second public consultation phase.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions on public gatherings, Wicklow County Council and the consultants RPS will deliver a project brochure and questionnaire to households, premises and businesses in the immediate vicinity of the proposed greenway over the coming weeks.

The brochure will provide details of the project route options and the questionnaire will provide you with an opportunity to have your say and to provide feedback to the project team.
