Wicklow County Council is providing 7 locations across the county for Christmas tree recycling in January 2024. The free service will be available from Wednesday, 3rd January to Wednesday 17th January, and offers the opportunity for households to dispose of their Christmas trees responsibly.

| Bring your Christmas tree to any of the collection points listed below, where it will be shredded and composted. |
| This is a free service for householders only and is limited to maximum two trees per household. |
| No commercial collectors. Fines under the Litter Pollution Act 1997 and the Waste Management Act 1996 will be issued to those depositing trees outside the times specified and to individuals or other entities operating unauthorised collections. |
| No wreaths, plastic trees or decorations please. |
