Notice of Proposal to make Bye-Laws under the Explosives Act 1875
Notice is hereby given that Wicklow County Council proposes to make Bye-Laws pursuant to the Explosives Act 1875 for the conveyance, loading and unloading of explosives within the jurisdiction of Wicklow County Council at Wicklow Port.
In accordance with the provisions of the Explosives Act 1875 Wicklow County Council intend on applying to the Minister for Justice and Equality for the sanction of these Bye-Laws.
A copy of the Draft Wicklow County Council (Wicklow Port) Explosives Bye-Laws 2020 will be available for inspection at the following locations during normal working hours for a period of one calendar month from the date of this notice.

Wicklow Municipal District Office, Town Hall, Market Square, Wicklow Town
Wicklow Garda Station, Bachelors Walk, Wicklow Town
A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws may also be viewed or downloaded from Wicklow County Council’s website www.wicklow.ie.
Submissions concerning the Draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing within one calendar month from the date of this notice and addressed to the Administrative Officer, Planning, Development & Environment, Wicklow County Council, County Buildings, Wicklow Town or by email to email@example.com.
