Smoke Alarm Testing Consent

Dear Tenant,

We are planning to employ a contractor to call to you house to check whether your smoke and CO2 alarms are working and that your window restrictors, and fire blanket are installed correctly. They will replace any items that are not working/not there. This is a free service. In order to release your name, address and contact phone no. to our contractor, we will need you to agree to this under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). We need your phone no so they can ring in advance to check that you will be in the day they visit.
