Declaration of Public Roads and Taking In Charge of Housing Estates

It is the intention of Wicklow County Council to consider making an Order that the housing estates listed hereunder be taken in charge with roads being declared as public roads.

Maps of the housing estates showing the roads and open spaces to be taken in charge may be inspected at the offices of the Planning Directorate of Wicklow County Council, County Buildings Station Road, Wicklow Town during normal opening hours or here on the Council’s website until 22nd January 2024.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the undersigned not later than 6th February 2024.
