Wicklow County Campus offers a range of third-level diploma and degree courses, while the onsite Local Enterprise Office offers business training and courses.

Wicklow County Campus offers a variety of Life Long Learning higher education programmes on a part-time basis in partnership with the Institute of Technology Carlow (IT Carlow). Take a look at the list of courses here.

Business skills training and courses are also available through the Local Enterprise Office training programme.

Since acquiring the site in 2006, the Council has invested substantial resources, both human and financial, to promote the vision of life-long learning and to modernise Clermont House and classrooms bringing it up to current-day standard. Through its very unique partnership with IT Carlow, the first third-level academic courses commenced in September 2006. IT Carlow is a key stakeholder in the Wicklow County Campus Project.

The inaugural class of 20 students graduated from the campus at a conferring ceremony in the Main Hall in November 2009. Since then, the number of students studying at the college has risen annually. In 2016, the number of students registered for life-long learning education and training courses stood at 350.

Wicklow County Campus provides students with the opportunity to gain academic qualifications ranging from certificate level through to honours degrees and higher diplomas. The eighth double graduation ceremony was held in November 2016, with some 107 students being conferred with academic qualifications in Applied Social Studies, Early Childhood Education and Care, Law, Business, and Energy Management.
