Following the County Council meeting on the 13 April 2026, Proposed Material Alterations (PMAs) to the Draft Arklow Local Planning Framework (LPF) / Proposed Variation to the County Development Plan were published.

The PMAs (and associated documents) were on display from Friday 01 May 2026 to Friday 29 May 2026 (5.00pm) and submissions or observations regarding ONLY the Proposed Material Alterations (and associated SEA, AA and SFRA documents) were invited during this time. 21 submissions were recieved.
