In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993, Wicklow County Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration that the roads listed hereunder be public roads.

Arklow

• The road to be known as ‘Southern Port Access Road’, for 382m starting at its junction with the R-772, located in the townlands of Knockanrahan Upper, Co. Wicklow and Money Little, Co. Wicklow.

Bray

• The road to be known as ‘La Vallee Road’, for its full length starting at its junction with the N-11, located in the townland of Fassaroe, Co. Wicklow.
• The road to be known as ‘Oldcourt Terrace, for its full length starting at its junction with the R-761, located in the townland of Oldcourt, Co. Wicklow.
• The road to be known as ‘Woodlands Terrace, for its full length starting at its junction with the R-761, located in the townland of Oldcourt, Co. Wicklow.
• The continuation of the road known as ‘Orchard Terrace, for its full length starting at its junction with the R-761, located in the townland of Oldcourt, Co. Wicklow.

Greystones/Delgany

• The road to be known as ‘Burnaby Mews’; for 125m starting at its junction with the R-762, located in the townlands of Rathdown Lower, Co. Wicklow.
• The road to be known as ‘The Nurseries’; for its full length starting at its junction with the L-1027 located in the townland of Kindlestown Lower, Co. Wicklow.
• The road to be known as ‘Charlesland Road’; for 159m starting at its junction with the L-1221, located in the townland of Charlesland, Co. Wicklow.

Wicklow/Rathnew

• The road to be known as ‘Merrymeeting-Ballybeg’; for 96m starting with its junction with the L-5392, located in the townlands of Merrymeeting, Co. Wicklow and, Ballybeg, Co. Wicklow.

Maps of the roads to be declared public may be inspected at the following offices of Wicklow County Council during normal opening hours between the dates 20th July and 21st August 2026:

• County Buildings Station Road, Wicklow Town.
• Arklow Municipal District, Castle Park, Arklow.
• Bray Municipal District Offices, Civic Offices, Main Street, Bray.
• Greystones Municipal District, Mill Road, Greystones.
• Wicklow Municipal District, Town Hall, Market Square, Wicklow Town.
