Road Works
Wicklow County Council wishes to advise the public that road works and junction improvements are due to commence at Coolgreaney Park, Arklow from Monday the 17th of November, between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00 pm daily, with an expected duration of 3 weeks.
These works will require traffic management at various stages which will be in place for the duration of works.
Wicklow County Council apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.
Wicklow County Council wishes to advise the public that planned Pedestrian Crossing Installation and Footpath Replacement Works are to take place at the Fairgreen, Rathdrum from this coming Wednesday 26/11/2025 during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for a period of approximately 3 weeks.
Localised Pedestrian and Traffic Management Restrictions will be in place for this period.

Wicklow County Council wishes to advise that the undermentioned Road Closure will come into effect from Monday, 3rd November 2025 until Tuesday, 31st March 2026.

| Alternative Routes |
South Bound - Starts at the junction of Beechwood Park (L5220)/(L1027). South diversion is approx. 730m to roundabout at Delgany Wood. Drive 640m down Delgany Wood Avenue, turn left and continue 300m on Church Road until your reach the R761 North mini roundabout at Killincarrig. Turn left at the first exit and carry on 2.25km until you reach the Blacklion Manor Road. North Bound - The North diversion is 1km to the Blacklion Manor Road then follow the South diversion route vice versa. |
