AIR POLLUTION (MARKETING, SALE, DISTRIBUTION AND BURNING OF SPECIFIED FUELS) REGULATIONS 2012 (AS AMENDED)
Householders, licensed premises owners, retailers, distributors and wholesalers are reminded of their obligations under the above Regulations. Only sealed bags of coal clearly labelled “APPROVED FUEL – contents comply with the Air Pollution Act Regulations” may be sold or burned within the designated Low Smoke Areas (LSA) of Bray, Arklow, Greystones / Delgany, Wicklow Town and Rathnew.
