Notice of Works: R-772 Dublin Road, Arklow

Wicklow County Council have begun works on the R-772 Wexford Road for the National Transport Authority’s Arklow South Pedestrian and Cycle Scheme.

The scheme will provide 2.8km of segregated cycle track between the Knockmore roundabout and M11 Junction 21. It will also construct approx. 1.4km of pedestrian footpath.

A traffic management system is in place for the duration of the works from 8am to 5pm daily, and motorists are advised to expect some delays.

The project will take approximately 12 months to complete.
