Cllr Tommy Annesley, Cathaoirleach of Wicklow County Council, has opened an online Book of Condolence, to give members of the community an opportunity to express their sympathies to the family of Vicky Phelan who sadly passed away on Monday 14th November 2022. Closing date of the online Book of Condolences is the 2nd December 2022.
