Further to the announcement from An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar yesterday and the guidelines issued by the Department of Health in the interest of public safety:
All Wicklow County Council Libraries will be closed to the public from Friday 13th of March until Sunday 29 March. This includes the My Open Library service in Arklow Library and the Mobile Library service.
All events held inside Libraries buildings during this time will also be cancelled. This means that the Wicklow Way With Words festival events will not take place and other services such as Citizens Information or Free Legal Advice will be cancelled.
Please note, you may access our online services from home.
All you need is your library card number and PIN.
You can access eBooks, eAudiobooks, online magazines and newspapers, as well as language learning resources and lots of online educational courses.
If you don't know or can't remember your PIN just make contact with your local branch or 01 2866566 and we'll do our best to set you up.
