Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage issued a Draft Ministerial Direction regarding the Wicklow County Development Plan 2022 - 2028 on the 23 October 2022 to Wicklow County Council. The Minister issued the Direction on the 21 February 2023.

 

Written submissions or observations on the Draft Direction were invited from 03 November 2022 to 16 November 2022.  14 submissions were recieved an were included in the statutory Chief Executive’s report submitted to the Minister and the Office of the Planning Regulator (OPR).

 

Following consideration by the OPR and the Minister, the Minister issued the Direction on the 21 February 2023.
